CRANGAN BAY | Kanangra Drive Intersection Upgrade
Current Update: December 2024
We are thrilled to announce our intersection works at Kanangra Drive & Pacific Highway are now 100% complete. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our Crangan Bay Residents, as well as the greater community of Gwandalan and Summerland Point for your patience during the construction. We also thank Robson Civil for their tremendous efforts, working 24hour shifts over the past month to ensure this projects success. Happy driving!
Previous Update: September 2024
Our intersection upgrade is well underway, with the road traffic expected to be redirected onto the new road by the end of this month. This should reduce the congestion at the current intersection and will allow smoother flow of traffic. This will also mark over 50% completion, with the project expected to reach full completion in the coming months.

Our intersection upgrade is progressing on schedule. Underground utility relocation has occured with all major services works now complete. Our next stage of major civil works being upgrade to the road itself are likely to commence in the next 2 weeks, weather permitting.

We are pleased to update that these works have now commenced. Scape properties have been working closely with local community groups to ensure the Gwandalan & Summerland Point wall is being maintained and any community gardens are replanted accordingly.
The relocation of water-main is underway with other preliminary works, and we expect majority of road works to start mid-February. This intersection upgrade is on schedule to be completed by end of June in accordance with the delivery of our stage 3 land release at Crangan Bay.
